Fletcher is headed into the match having just posted their biggest victory since February 5, 2024 on Saturday. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 63-33 win over Lookeba-Sickles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

Meanwhile, Walters had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. In a tight game that could have gone either way, they made off with a 49-48 victory over Healdton.

Fletcher is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-10 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.1 points per game. As for Walters, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-10.
