Basketball Recap: Lincoln-Way West Gets the Win

Lincoln-Way West's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They secured a 66-61 W over the Andrew Thunderbolts. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 56-54 back in December of 2024.

The win got Lincoln-Way West back to even at 10-10. As for Andrew, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-13.

Lincoln-Way West won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Tinley Park at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Tinley Park's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matches. As for Andrew, they will square off against Bradley-Bourbonnais at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Andrew is facing Bradley-Bourbonnais at the right time seeing as Bradley-Bourbonnais is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
