River Ridge fell victim to North Thurston and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Rams, falling 6-0. The loss continues a trend for the Hawks in their meetings with the Rams: they've now lost three in a row.

River Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for North Thurston, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 10-5.

Looking ahead, River Ridge is taking a road trip to face off against Timberline at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Thurston, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Lakes at 4:00 p.m.
