While Phillips Exeter Academy put up some runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Dexter Southfield. The Lions came out on top in a nail-biter against Dexter Southfield, sneaking past 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 4-1 on April 1st.

The result came thanks to Josh Rohloff's shutout, as he gave up just a hit and racked up six Ks. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Logan McIntyre, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high.

The victory got Phillips Exeter Academy back to even at 7-7. As for Dexter Southfield, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-6 record this season.
