Salinas and Monterey are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2018, but likely not for long. The Cowboys will host the Dores at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a five-game winning streak alive.

Salinas took a 12-run loss the last time they faced off against Hollister, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Cowboys had just enough and edged out the Haybalers 2-1 on Friday. Two seems to be a good number for the Cowboys as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.
