It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Wilmington can now relate to. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eureka Hornets on Monday. The Wildcats' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Wilmington saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Declan Moran, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Wilmington's loss dropped their record down to 24-9. As for Eureka, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 34-4.

As of now, neither Wilmington nor the Hornets have any future games scheduled.
