Basketball Recap: Denbigh Baptist Christian Starts Season with Victory at Home

Denbigh Baptist Christian gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 79-51 victory over Yeshivas Aish Kodesh Talmudical Academy. The Minutemen haven't had any issues with Yeshivas Aish Kodesh Talmudical Academy recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Bryce Harris had an outrageously good game as he posted 32 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Anthony Hopkins, who scored 15 points.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Denbigh Baptist Christian will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Williamsburg Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on December 1. As for Yeshivas Aish Kodesh Talmudical Academy, they will host Rock Church at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
