Baseball Recap: Shepherd Comes Up Short

Shepherd fell victim to Laurel and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Locomotives, falling 18-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Locomotives this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 20-0 back in April.

Shepherd's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Laurel, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-6.

Looking ahead, Shepherd will square off against Sidney at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Laurel, they will be playing at home against Beaverhead County at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
