Volleyball Recap: Menendez Comes Up Short

Menendez was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Creekside Knights. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Falcons of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-16, 25-15.

Menendez's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Creekside, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Menendez wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Global Outreach Charter Academy on the 11th. As for Creekside, they will host Nease at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
