Soccer Recap: Franklin Comes Up Short

If Franklin was feeling good fresh off their 5-0 takedown of Pisgah last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Panthers fell just short of the Tuscola Mountaineers by a score of 3-2 on Monday.

Franklin's defeat dropped their record down to 8-5-2. As for Tuscola, they now have a winning record of 8-7-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Franklin will face off against rival North Henderson at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Tuscola is set to take on their familiar foe Pisgah at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
