Basketball Recap: Westwood Piles Up the Points Against Buffalo

There's no place like home for Westwood, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They breezed by the Buffalo Bison to the tune of 76-39 on Friday. That looming 76-39 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Panthers yet this season.

Westwood's win bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Buffalo, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Westwood will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Elkhart at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
