Basketball Recap: Quentin Keith's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Rockdale County over Kell

Rockdale County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 66-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kell Longhorns. That's two games in a row now that the Bulldogs have lost by exactly eight points.

Rockdale County's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Quentin Keith, who posted eight points and seven boards. Another player making a difference was Kaden Clarke, who put up ten points and seven rebounds.

Rockdale County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Kell, their win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-1.

Rockdale County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 62-44 victory against Arabia Mountain on the 21st. As for Kell, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 92-87 loss against Pebblebrook on the 21st.
