Davis waltzed into their match on Tuesday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Sunnyside Grizzlies 80-26. The Pirates have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 20 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Sunnyside saw an underclassman step up: freshman Aryanna Sotelo went 6-for-14 to rack up 14 points along with eight rebounds and three steals.

Davis pushed their record up to 18-2 with the victory, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 37.4 points. As for Sunnyside, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 12 of their last 13 contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season.

Davis wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, an 82-22 win against Wenatchee on the 13th. As for Sunnyside, they have also already played their next game, a 41-37 victory against Moses Lake on the 13th.
