After failing to score in their last matchup, Woodridge made sure to put some goals up on the board against Springfield on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by an 8-2 margin over the Spartans. Woodridge haven't had any issues with Springfield recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Woodridge's offense was hitting Springfield from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Emma Woods led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

The win got Woodridge back to even at 6-6-1. As for Springfield, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8-1.

Coming up, Woodridge will head out to take on Field at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Springfield, they will host Cuyahoga Falls at 5:30 p.m. on the 9th.
