Baseball Recap: Dixon Bulldogs vs. Croatan Cougars
Dixon lost against Croatan back in May of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Dixon Bulldogs fell just short of the Croatan Cougars by a score of 5-4. Dixon has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dixon's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Croatan, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-3.
Dixon will head out on the road to face off against West Carteret at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West Carteret will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Dixon surely won't give up without a fight. As for Croatan, they will be playing in front of their home fans against White Oak at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
