Burrton scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They lost 66-44 to the Chase Kats. The loss leaves the Chargers without a win on the season.

Chase found their leader in freshman Malik Carson, who dropped a double-double on 33 points and 12 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Carson has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Layton Winkelman, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 17 boards.

Burrton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Chase, they moved to 1-14 with that victory, which also ended their 32-game losing streak.

Burrton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, an 80-20 loss against Norwich on the 31st. Chase has also already played their next match, a 71-26 defeat against St. John on the 4th.
