Jackson Hein posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Wednesday. He struck out six batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. He is becoming a predictor of Clawson's success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is undefeated (and 4-5 when he doesn't).
