Softball Game Preview: Creekview Mustangs vs. Bonham Warriors

The Creekview Mustangs will face off against the Bonham Warriors at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. Bonham took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Creekview, who comes in off a win.

Creekview's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-0 win over Scurry-Rosser.

Kelis Lee was a major factor no matter where she played. She struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Lee was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, two runs, and one triple.

Meanwhile, Bonham fell victim to Memorial and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They fell just short of the Mavericks by a score of 1-0. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Warriors' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Creekview's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Bonham, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
