Volleyball Recap: Palmyra-Eagle Wins Going Away Against Hustisford

Palmyra-Eagle barely beat Hustisford the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Falcons on Tuesday. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Palmyra-Eagle never let Hustisford on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-23, 25-19.

Brooklyn West was the offensive standout of the contest as she had seven assists and four aces. Those four aces gave her a new career-high.

Palmyra-Eagle's win bumped their record up to 12-14. As for Hustisford, their defeat was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-20.

Palmyra-Eagle does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hustisford, they will welcome Deerfield at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
