Roaring Fork is 8-2 against Vail Mountain since September of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. Meanwhile, Vail Mountain played to a draw too, finishing 2-2 against Middle Park. The outcome might've been different if Colm Kinney hadn't been hit with a yellow card, which no doubt limited his ability to make aggressive plays down the stretch.

He was the only thing that stood between Vail Mountain and a shutout considering he scored both of Vail Mountain's goals, bringing his season total up to six goals.

With that draw, Vail Mountain's record moves to 1-10-2. Meanwhile, Roaring Fork's record is now 7-4-2.

Roaring Fork skirted past Vail Mountain 1-0 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rams since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
