Navarre lost against Tate back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Navarre Raiders were dealt an 89-58 defeat at the hands of the Tate Aggies.

Tate's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jaquan Mcdonald led the charge by putting up 21 points and six steals. Those six steals gave Mcdonald a new career-high. Wiilie Pettway was another key player, going 8 for 17 on his way to 19 points and seven steals.

Navarre's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Tate, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-5.

After both having extra time off, Navarre and Pace will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Tate, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Pensacola at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
