They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Canon-McMillan Big Macs. The win was nothing new for the Indians as they're now sitting on five straight.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Peters Township got the one that really mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 20-25, 25-16, 20-25, 15-9.

Canon-McMillan's loss came despite strong showings from Amanda Ciolli and Journee Scott. Ciolli had 16 digs and one assist, while Scott had 16 kills and six digs. Scott is crushing it when it comes to kills: she's had at least seven every time she's taken the court this season.

Peters Township's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Canon-McMillan, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-5 record this season.
