Football Recap: Seminole Ridge Piles Up the Points Against Boca Raton

Seminole Ridge got themselves on the board against Boca Raton on Tuesday, but Boca Raton never followed suit. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Boca Raton Bobcats 34-0. Given the Hawks' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings (they are ranked 12th, while the Bobcats are ranked 178th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Seminole Ridge found their leader in sophomore Aubrey Fogel, who threw for 251 yards and five touchdowns. That's the most passing yards Fogel has posted since back in April of 2024.

The victory was the third in a row for Seminole Ridge, bringing their record for this year to 3-0. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 31.0 points over those games. As for Boca Raton, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Seminole Ridge has already played their next match, a 27-0 win against Royal Palm Beach on the 6th. As for Boca Raton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 35-7 defeat against Atlantic on the 5th.
