Basketball Recap: Spring Hill Takes a Loss

Spring Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 53-50 heartbreaker at the hands of the Cumberland Academy Knights. That's two games in a row now that the Panthers have lost by exactly three points.

Spring Hill's loss dropped their record down to 10-17. As for Cumberland Academy, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-15.

Spring Hill will take on Kilgore at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cumberland Academy, they will face off against Henderson at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
