Maddie Tenbusch gave up the fewest earned runs she has since back in April on Tuesday. She tossed four innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

Tenbusch's strong effort led Unionville-Sebewaing over Vassar and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Vulcans are limping into the matchup having lost seven straight on the road dating back to last season.
