            Basketball Recap: Woodland Wolfpack vs. Jones County Greyhounds        
        
		
        
        
            After losing to Jones County the last time they met, Woodland decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Woodland Wolfpack skirted past the Jones County Greyhounds  49-46.

 Woodland got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Omari Scott out in front who  went 9 of 11  en route to 22 points and three  steals. Scott has been hot recently, having  posted two or more  steals the last four times he's  played.  Sekou Reid was another key player,  putting up 12  points.
  Tyler Wold and  Chance Banks certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss.  Wold  dropped  a double-double on 12 points and 11  rebounds, while  Banks  posted eight  points and five  steals. The dominant performance gave  Banks a new career-high in  steals. Another player making a difference was  Rudy Bowden, who  had ten points and five  boards.
Woodland is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four matchups,  which provided a massive bump to their 9-11 record  this season. As for Jones County, they dropped their record down to 3-15 with the  defeat, which was their eighth straight  at home dating back to last season.
 Woodland has already played their next game,  a  78-73  win against Ola on the 28th. As for Jones County, they also  wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  contest,  a  47-33  victory against Hampton on the 28th.
