With a playoff win on the line, Morro Bay rose to the challenge on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the North Stars. Winning may never get old, but the Pirates sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Morro Bay walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-18, 25-11.

Morro Bay's record now sits at 23-24. As for North, they moved to 15-14-1 with that loss, which also ended their five-match winning streak.

As of now, neither Morro Bay nor the Stars have any future games scheduled.
