Baseball Game Preview: Metro Tech Knights vs. North Mustangs

After both having extra time off, the Metro Tech Knights and the North Mustangs will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field one another at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Metro Tech lost 15-5 to Washington last Wednesday.

Iziah Lopez was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing Five bases. while going 2-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Kristopher Soberanis, who scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-2.

Meanwhile, North was not able to break out of their rough patch last Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against North Canyon, falling 12-2.

North saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Joey Morales, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

North's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Metro Tech, their loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.
