It may have taken double overtime to finish the job, but Dexter ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They came out on top against the Kennett Indians by a score of 68-60. The win was familiar territory for the Bearcats, who have now won three contests in a row.

Dexter pushed their record up to 12-11 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.7 points over those games. As for Kennett, their loss dropped their record down to 8-13.

Looking ahead, Dexter will venture away from home to face off against Poplar Bluff at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kennett, they will host Portageville at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
