Basketball Recap: St. Charles Catholic Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

St. Charles Catholic was the 61-51 winner over De La Salle when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The St. Charles Catholic Comets took a 65-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the De La Salle Cavalier on Friday.

St. Charles Catholic's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-12. As for De La Salle, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 14-8.

While St. Charles Catholic had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
