Baseball Recap: Cleveland Takes a Loss

Cleveland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 7-3 to Cushing. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Cushing this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-2 last Monday.

Cleveland's loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Cushing, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-6.

Coming up, Cleveland will square off against Morris at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cushing, they will challenge Jenks at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The last five games the Trojans have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
