Mena is headed into Friday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their seventh straight game on Wednesday. They took a 48-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of Ozark.

Meanwhile, Dardanelle won against Waldron on Friday with 43 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. Dardanelle managed a 43-39 win over Ozark. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Sand Lizards.

Dardanelle is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a massive bump to their 14-8 record this season. As for Mena, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-18.
