Soccer Recap: Centennial Comes Up Short

Centennial lost to Ironwood back in January of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Coyotes came up short against the Eagles, falling 5-1.

Centennial has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season. As for Ironwood, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-4-1.

Looking ahead, Centennial will square off against La Joya Community at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Ironwood, they will take on Lake Havasu at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Ironwood's defense better be ready for this one: Lake Havasu have averaged an impressive 3.9 goals per game this season.
