Basketball Recap: Adamsville Takes a Loss

Adamsville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They took an 83-67 bruising from the Scotts Hill Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cardinals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 55-45 back in January.

Adamsville's defeat dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Scotts Hill, their win ended an eight-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-13.

Coming up, Adamsville will take on Liberty Tech Magnet at 7:30 p.m. on February 11th. As for Scotts Hill, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Lions challenge the Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Riverside knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully Scotts Hill likes a good challenge.
