Football Game Preview: Stadium Tigers vs. Kennedy Catholic Lancers + How To Watch

The Stadium Tigers will square off against the Kennedy Catholic Lancers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Stadium was handed a heart-breaking two-point loss in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Kentridge on Friday. The Tigers really took it to the Chargers for the full four quarters, racking up a 53-11 win. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 31-3.

Raider Pula had a dynamite game, rushing for 69 yards and three scores. Those three rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kooper Tasler, who threw for 237 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Stadium proved: they limited Kentridge to a paltry 2.1 yards per carry. The team can thank Hao-Tien Moore for the heroic effort on defense: he. Stadium didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 10.4.

Meanwhile, Kennedy Catholic came tearing into Saturday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28.3 points), and they left with even more momentum. They claimed a resounding 42-14 victory over the Ravens. The Lancers' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

Stadium's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Kennedy Catholic, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Stadium might still be hurting after the 42-20 defeat they got from Kennedy Catholic in their previous meeting back in October of 2024.
