Basketball Recap: Chelsea Takes a Loss

Chelsea played a tough matchup on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by Barrie and fell 59-4. Chelsea was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-2.

Barrie's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brandon Adams, Jr., who posted 13 points. William Johnson was another key player, putting up 14 points.

Chelsea's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Barrie, their win bumped their record up to 4-5.

Chelsea will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on The Lab School of Washington at 7:00 p.m. on February 7th. Barrie has already played their next game (against Commonwealth Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
