Grove City Christian is a perfect 10-0 against Harvest Prep since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Eagles will welcome the Warriors at 5:15 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Grove City Christian has eight straight victories, Harvest Prep has eight straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Grove City Christian let Millersport stack four runs on them in the fifth inning on Monday but luckily Grove City Christian prevailed anyway. The Eagles narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Lakers 8-7.

Meanwhile, Harvest Prep came up short against Berne Union on Thursday, falling 24-3.

Grove City Christian pushed their record up to 14-7 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. As for Harvest Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 2-15.

Grove City Christian took their victory against Harvest Prep in their previous meeting back in April by a conclusive 17-4 score. Do the Eagles have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Warriors turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
