Basketball Game Preview: Groveport-Madison Cruisers vs. New Albany Eagles

Groveport-Madison is on a four-game streak of home losses, New Albany a four-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck will change on Tuesday. The Groveport-Madison Cruisers will welcome the New Albany Eagles at 7:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Groveport-Madison is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They lost 82-56 to Lancaster on Friday.

Meanwhile, New Albany took a blow against Grove City on Friday, falling 66-33. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 398th, while the Greyhounds are ranked 28th).

New Albany's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Groveport-Madison, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.
