Volleyball Recap: St. Charles Catholic Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for St. Charles Catholic, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the A.J. Ellender Patriots on Sunday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Comets also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

St. Charles Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 8-11. As for A.J. Ellender, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-12.

Looking ahead, St. Charles Catholic will welcome Riverside Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for A.J. Ellender, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Thibodaux on the 6th.
