Softball Recap: Seminole Comes Up Short

Seminole lost against Winter Springs back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Seminoles lost 13-2 to the Bears. The Seminoles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Seminole saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ava Hertz, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Seminole's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Winter Springs, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Seminole will host Lake Mary at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Winter Springs, they will face off against East Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Bears 2.6, the Knights 3.5) so any runs scored will be well earned.
