Soccer Game Preview: Seagoville vs. North Mesquite

The Seagoville Dragons will venture away from home to challenge the North Mesquite Stallions at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Seagoville's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Seagoville is likely headed into the game with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Adamson on Friday. Seagoville fell just short of Adamson by a score of 1-0. The loss was the Dragons' first of the season.

Meanwhile, North Mesquite kept a clean sheet against North Forney on Friday. They put the hurt on the Falcons with a sharp 4-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Stallions.

They hit North Forney with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Roberto Flores, Jason Matchniff, Adan Aguilar, and Isaac Vega.

Having lost for the first time this season, Seagoville fell to 1-1-2. As for North Mesquite, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.
