Volleyball Recap: Lakeview Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Lakeview faced off against Big Rapids on Saturday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Cardinals by a score of 2-1. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Cardinals recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Lakeview's loss dropped their record down to 13-12-3. As for Big Rapids, with the win, they broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 8-19-1.

Lakeview does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Big Rapids, they are taking a road trip to face off against Mason County Central at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
