Thomasville made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Lee County, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Bulldogs' defense stepped up to hand the Trojans a 3-0 shutout on Tuesday. Considering Thomasville have won nine games by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Thomasville and bumps their season record up to 14-2. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two matchups. As for Lee County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.

Thomasville will host Deerfield-Windsor at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Deerfield-Windsor will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Thomasville surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lee County, they will head out to take on Habersham Central at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
