Basketball Recap: 14 Straight Home Victories for Kelliher/Northome

Kelliher/Northome had won seven straight games and Kate Thayer did her part to make it eight on Friday. The Kelliher/Northome Mustangs took their match with ease, bagging a 91-49 win over the Chisholm Bluestreaks thanks in part to Thayer, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and 12 rebounds. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 41 games she's played dating back to last season.

Another player making a difference was Kenna Latterell, who went 6 of 11 on her way to 15 points and five boards. Those 15 points gave her a new career-high.

Kelliher/Northome pushed their record up to 10-2 with the victory, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 45.4 points. As for Chisholm, their loss dropped their record down to 14-5.
