 In what's become a running theme this season, Loretto gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Thursday. They were the clear victor by  an  8-1 margin over the Mt. Pleasant Tigers. That's more bragging rights for Loretto, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
  Emily Cozart made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she  tossed 6.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off   five  hits. Cozart has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  pitched less than six  innings in three consecutive pitching appearances. Cozart was also solid in the batter's box,  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances with a  double.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Aubrey Ezell, who  went 2-for-4 with three  RBI, a  triple,  and a  run.  Adisen Buie was another key contributor,  going 2-for-4 with two  RBI and a  double.
 The  win  made it two in a row for Loretto and  bumps their season record up to 9-7. As for Mt. Pleasant, they  haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.
 As of now, neither Loretto nor Mt. Pleasant have any future games scheduled.
