Lone Star is 8-2 against Weldon Valley since February of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The two teams will face off at 5:00 p.m. without much rest having both just played.

Lone Star has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season. As for Weldon Valley, their win ended a nine-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-7.

Everything came up roses for Lone Star against Weldon Valley when the teams last played back in December of 2024, as the team secured a 53-23 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lone Star since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
