Volleyball Recap: Skyline Takes a Loss

Skyline extended their losing streak to four on Tuesday, dropping them down to 1-5-2. They came up short against the Horn Jaguars, falling 3-0. If the Raiders were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Jaguars when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

As for Horn, their victory bumped their record up to 6-16. That three set margin sets a new team best for them this season.

Alexandria Williams was nothing short of spectacular: she had 60 kills, four digs, and two aces. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 14.6 kills per game. Juliet Chibuko was another key player, getting nine kills, five digs, and five aces.

Skyline wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against DeSoto on the 12th. As for Horn, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Cedar Hill on the 12th.
