Recap: Greenville Patriots vs. Webster County
The Greenville Patriots won the last time they faced Webster County, and things went their way on Saturday too. Greenville claimed a resounding 59-5 victory over Webster County at home.
Greenville got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Daliyah Ellison out in front who scored 16 points along with five steals. Another player making a difference was Ja'mya Kelley, who scored 13 points along with three steals.
Greenville's win bumped their record up to 4-15. As for Webster County, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-19.
Greenville and Marion County will face off at 6:00 p.m. on February 9th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Greenville is coming into the matchup with ten straight victories on the road, meaning Marion County will have to defend against a squad hungry for a win. Webster County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
