Basketball Recap: Constantine Comes Up Short

After flying high against New Buffalo last Monday, Constantine came back down to earth. The Constantine Falcons fell just short of the White Pigeon Chiefs by a score of 34-31 on Wednesday. The Falcons were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Chiefs earlier this season, when they won 34-31.

Constantine now has a losing record of 11-12. As for White Pigeon, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-4 record this season.

Constantine does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for White Pigeon, they will take on Brandywine in a tournament on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Brandywine comes in on 23 and White Pigeon on nine.
