Football Recap: Daniel Finds Playoff Glory Versus Dreher

With a playoff win on the line, Daniel rose to the challenge on Friday. They snuck past the Dreher Blue Devils with a 14-10 victory. Those 14 points were actually the fewest the Lions have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Daniel's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kingsten Bibb, who rushed for 104 yards and one score.

The victory (which was Daniel's ninth in a row) raised their record to 10-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 41.4 points over those games. As for Dreher, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

Coming up, Daniel will face off against Camden on Friday. The Lions' defense better be ready for this one: the Bulldogs have averaged an impressive 30.8 points per game this season. Dreher does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
